Germany's (and continental Europe's) principal financial centre is officially known as Frankfurt am Main. There is also a Frankfurt on the Oder – known, unsurprisingly enough, as Frankfurt an der Oder. The latter had a population of 57,751 in 2019, compared to the former's 763,380.
